We are hiring a Freelance Marketing & Content Creator to manage social media marketing for The Organic Way Perfume & Cosmetic in Ras Al Khaimah.
This is a part-time remote role with two short visits per week to our shop for filming and photography. The ideal candidate is creative, experienced in Instagram and TikTok marketing, and passionate about visual storytelling and organic beauty products.
Responsibilities
Visit the shop twice per week (1-2 hours each time) to capture short creative videos (Reels & TikToks).
Create engaging content that reflects our brand's natural and elegant identity.
Edit videos and photos for posting on Instagram and TikTok.
Run small, smart ad campaigns to reach local audiences in Ras Al Khaimah.
Analyze engagement and performance, and provide short weekly updates.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
Skilled in mobile photography and video editing apps.
Familiar with Instagram & TikTok ads and social media trends.
Must be based in UAE, preferably Ras Al Khaimah or nearby.
Must provide examples of previous social media work.
Work Setup
2 short visits per week at the shop (Khalifa City - Ras Al Khaimah).
Rest of the work is remote (content editing, posting, and ad management).
1-month trial period with possibility of extension or salary increase based on performance.
Compensation
AED 1,000 per month + performance bonus
