Position Summary

We are looking for reliable and skilled Freelance IT Technicians to support upcoming events. This role involves assisting with technical setup, equipment handling, onsite troubleshooting, and occasional warehouse or hand-carry tasks. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our products before performing any on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with setup, configuration, and testing of event equipment (IT, AV, networking, and other event technology). Provide onsite technical support during live events. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues efficiently. Support with equipment pack-down, warehouse tasks, and hand-carry jobs as required. Work closely with event coordinators to ensure smooth event delivery.

Requirements / Skills to Prioritize

Prior experience with IT or AV hardware setup and onsite support. Customer-facing experience preferred (interacting with clients or attendees). Basic knowledge of IT products is sufficient; training will be provided. Available to travel around UAE and internationally. Ability to problem-solve under pressure. Professional, punctual, and client-friendly attitude. Physically able to assist with warehouse packing, equipment handling, and scrapping boxes if needed.

Training Provided:

Comprehensive product training will be given to ensure you are ready for on-site tasks.
