Key Responsibilities
Interior space planning, concept development, and
3D design visualization
Manage projects
from concept to handover
, including site coordination
Client interaction, presentations, and requirement management
Coordinate with
suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors
Assist in
BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and material specifications
Oversee site progress, quality control, timelines, and execution
Ensure projects are delivered within
approved budget, scope, and schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an
Interior Designer with Project Management exposure
Strong skills in
space planning, 3D design, and design detailing
Knowledge of fit-out execution, materials, and site processes
Ability to manage clients, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
Experience in BOQ preparation and basic project estimation
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)
