Path Studio - An emerging new interior design company in Dubai. We offer our clients luxury interior design and home decor services. Our services include but are not limited to interior design, architecture, landscape and fit-outs for both residential and commercial units. Our mission is to surpass client's expectations and deliver Full Fit-Out & Interior Design High-End Renovation Service, high-quality projects, on time and within budget, while offering a positive return on the Client's investments. LOOKING FOR a graphic designer/3D Visualizer specialized in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit and other BIM/ CAD applications.

• Has the ability to create landscape BIM model and drawings within Revit/ Civil 3D to fulfill client requirement from LOD 100-LOD 350.

• Has experience in Clash Detection process using Navisworks.

• Utilizes a CAD workstation to prepare Landscape drawings consisting of general arrangements, grading plans, layouts, details, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.

• Develop and maintain CAD and BIM libraries, continually advancing the platforms' efficiency and utilization

• Utilizes technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.

• Becomes familiar with various standards and codes such as ISO 19650, BS 1192.

• Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of Landscape drawings.

• Understands how to read orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.

• Provide ongoing training to existing users for CAD, Revit and Civil 3D.

• Assist with creation of CAD/BIM standards and the implementation of the same throughout the firm.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Minimum five (1) year demonstrable experience of BIM/ CAD design production experience in a multi-disciplinary environment, preferably landscape projects.

• In-depth working knowledge of current Autodesk products such as but not limited to AutoCAD, Civil3D and Revit with proficiency in BIM/ CAD processes

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with different personality types

• Experience with BIM/ CAD instruction and training

• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with good capability in oral and written communication skills;

• Computer skills and the ability to utilize design software are mandatory

Job Types: Permanent, Temporary, Contract Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
