Superstar Freelance Female Yoga Instructors Needed! Purpose of the Job - The Yoga Instructor will be responsible for delivering a first class yoga experience within UFC GYM. This will involve communicating with and educating facility members and members of the public regarding yoga classes, the marketing of yoga classes to facility members and members of the public, the delivery of high-level yoga classes, and the building and maintenance of a client base that delivers strong attendance, client satisfaction and retention. Key Results Areas Include - \xe2\x97\x8f Delivering an exceptional yoga experience to all members, non-members and users of the facility. \xe2\x97\x8f Communicating with and educating facility members and members of the public regarding yoga classes. \xe2\x97\x8f The marketing of yoga classes within the facility and to members of the public. \xe2\x97\x8f The delivery of exceptional yoga classes. \xe2\x97\x8f The building and maintenance of a client base that delivers strong attendance, client satisfaction and retention. Experience & Competencies - \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 2 years experience as a Yoga Instructor with a proven track record in building and maintaining a client base. \xe2\x97\x8f The ability to deliver exceptional yoga classes. \xe2\x97\x8f An internationally recognised yoga teaching certification. \xe2\x97\x8f Relevant degree and/or a recognised Personal Trainer qualification beneficial. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent knowledge (practical & theoretical) of yoga. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent sales skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Great communication skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Friendly and approachable with an outgoing personality. \xe2\x97\x8f Cooperative, positive and optimistic. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to enjoy working with a diverse range of people. \xe2\x97\x8f Able to project self confidence in own abilities. \xe2\x97\x8f Able to prioritise work, handle pressure and take confident day-to-day decisions. \xe2\x97\x8f Willingness to work unsociable hours.
