Freelance MW Designer/Creative Artworker (3-month contract)

January - March 2026, Dubai-based or remote (with Dubai working hours)



We are looking for a Freelance Creative Artworker / MW Designer to support our Dubai team from

January 2026 through to and including March 2026

. This contract role will involve working on integrated campaigns, event graphics, and assisting with the production of other digital and printed brand and marketing materials.

The role

Designing and artworking graphics for brand campaigns and events Producing marketing collateral across various formats for both digital and print media Creating 2D animations for digital screens using After Effects Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality, on-brand output for client projects Adapting design into multiple formats and channels and preparing artwork for print or digital output Working across multiple projects simultaneously, often working to tight deadlines

What you'll need to be successful in this role

Good design and layout skills, with a strong eye for detail Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) Experience creating both print-ready artwork and digital assets, and some motion design experience (2D animations). 5+ years of experience working on brand and marketing projects, such as events, brand activations and multi-channel campaigns Ability to work independently and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders Very organised with excellent time management and communication skills As this is a freelance contract, you will need to be set up as a contractor

It's a bonus if you have

Ideally, you are a native/fluent Arabic speaker (written/spoken) Previous creative/integrated agency experience would be a bonus
