As a Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and enhancing its digital presence. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of written materials, including blogs, website content, marketing collaterals, and social media posts. In collaboration with our marketing team and other departments, you will ensure that all content reflects our company's values, adheres to SEO best practices, and resonates with our target audience. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong research skills and a flair for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Content Creation:
Write and publish 12 articles or blog posts and minimum 8 news monthly, based on the editorial calendar developed with the Digital Marketer. These articles will include:
Trending topics identified through research and SEO insights.
Rewrites of high-performing, previously published articles on regular basis.
Regional & International news updates for a dedicated news section on the website.
Service-related blogs aligned with SEO requirements.
Content Development and Optimization:
Create and optimize high-quality written content across multiple platforms, including:
Website pages (e.g., Home, About Us, Service Pages, Vision & Mission, Contact Us).
Marketing collaterals such as brochures, pamphlets, landing pages, white papers, and advertisements.
Social media posts based on plans provided by the Social Media Manager.
Email newsletters for clients and prospects.
Strategic and Creative Writing:
Write profiles for each professional in the company to highlight their expertise and boost credibility.
Draft articles on creative, free-flowing topics to enhance reach and engagement.
Develop guest blogs for external platforms (e.g., Mondaq), considering audience relevance, traffic, and cost-effectiveness. To be coordinated with the digital Marketer.
Craft feature articles about the firm to enhance its brand image and visibility in reputable media outlets.
Collaboration and Research:
Conduct thorough research on intellectual property and related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance avoiding duplicated topics to the existing ones.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketer for SEO guidance and strategy alignment.
Work with team members from other departments to rewrite internal reports and ensure professional presentations.
Coordinate with external stakeholders and negotiate terms for content distribution when needed.
Performance Tracking and Strategy:
Monitor content performance and implement improvements based on insights.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
Uphold a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
Share the list of upcoming topics for each month to be reviewed by the management for prior approval.
