Job Description

: The organization is a Dubai based provider of Lean Six Sigma training and consulting services to clients across Gulf in KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. The Lean Six Sigma Consultant/ Trainer will provide training and mentoring to Lean Six Sigma candidates as well as consulting services to clients in multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual and classroom Lean Six Sigma training at all levels of certification
• Provide individual mentoring and coaching to candidates in the use of statistical tools, Lean process improvement tools and Six Sigma tools and methodology.
• Develop Lean Six Sigma training modules, including exercises, simulations, case studies
• Support Lean Six Sigma deployment efforts with individual clients across multiple industries

Job Requirements (Minimum):

• At least 5 years as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
• Demonstrated proficiency of Lean Six Sigma tools and solid understanding of DMAIC methodology
• Proven track record of successful Lean Six Sigma/ Six Sigma/Lean project application
• At least 2 years experience conducting Green Belt and/or Black Belt level training
• Experienced in developing Lean Six Sigma training modules
• Experienced as an online or virtual training facilitator and in using training platforms such as WebEx, Adobe Connect
• Experienced in mentoring or coaching Lean Six Sigma candidates
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Takes initiative while being a team player
• Display integrity and strong work ethics
• Must be customer-focused
• Demonstrated computer skills (MS Office, Minitab, SigmaXL, Visio)
• BS/BA Degree

Preferred:

• Consulting experience
• Graduate degree (MBA/MS)
• Knowledgeable of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)
• Experience in the manufacturing and different industries.

Contract length: 24 months Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
