Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

2D Designer

to join our events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling 2D visual assets and design layouts for event branding, print materials, signage, stage backdrops, exhibition graphics, social media visuals, and promotional collateral. The designer should have a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, layout, typography, and production requirements for both digital and print formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D design concepts and visual assets for events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and corporate activations. Create stage backdrops, roll-ups, banners, booth graphics, floor plans, invitations, flyers, brochures, and social media event visuals. Ensure alignment of design with the brand guidelines and event theme. Collaborate with 3D designers, event planners, marketing teams, and production units to ensure designs are production-ready. Provide print-ready artwork files and coordinate with printing vendors for output specifications. Revise and adapt designs based on feedback and production limitations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in 2D design, preferably in the events or advertising industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Strong knowledge of print production techniques and layout optimization. Ability to interpret briefs and convert concepts into impactful visuals. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual identity systems.

Preferred:

Experience with large-format printing and environmental graphics. Understanding of event flow and audience engagement through visual design. Motion graphics and video editing capabilities (a plus).
