Key Responsibilities:
Customize and extend ERPNext modules based on client needs.
Create and manage custom Doctypes, Scripts, Reports, and Print Formats.
Develop and maintain custom apps using Frappe framework.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues from clients and internal teams.
Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems using REST APIs and Webhooks.
Participate in deployment, testing, and version control (Git-based workflow)
Optimize performance and ensure security of ERP deployments.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and Jinja templating.
Experience with bench, custom apps, hooks, and doctype events.
Understanding of business workflows: accounting, HR, CRM, inventory, manufacturing.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple client requests.
Good communication skills for client interactions and documentation.
Experience in multi-tenant deployments or ERPNext SaaS setup.
Knowledge of Docker and Linux environments.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
