Your day to day

The Manager for the Pool and Beach Outlet oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations within the pool and beach area. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality service standards.

Operational Management:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the pool and beach food and beverage outlet.

Ensure smooth functioning of all service areas, including poolside bars, beach cafes, and any other related outlets.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to meet demand while minimizing waste.

Implement and enforce health and safety standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Staff Supervision and Training:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.

Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, share updates, and address any issues or concerns.

Provide ongoing training to ensure staff members deliver exceptional service and adhere to company standards.

Customer Service Excellence:

Foster a customer-centric environment focused on exceeding guest expectations.

Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively, seeking to resolve issues to the satisfaction of guests.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the pool and beach areas.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets, including revenue forecasts, expenses, and cost controls.

Analyze financial performance regularly and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings while maintaining quality standards.

Menu Development and Pricing:

Collaborate with culinary teams to design menus that cater to the preferences of pool and beach guests.

Monitor menu performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize sales and profitability.

Set pricing strategies that balance profitability with guest value perception.

Vendor Management:

Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely deliveries.

Evaluate product quality and consistency, making decisions to maintain high standards

What we need from you

Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5-7 years of experience
