Your day to day

\xc2\xb7 Is able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections.

\xc2\xb7 Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serving Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.

\xc2\xb7 Checks with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.

\xc2\xb7 Is responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc. throughout the shift.

\xc2\xb7 Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Presents accurate .

\xc2\xb7 Performs shift closing on the Point of sales terminal and tally cash and credit card settlements.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, at both the front as well as the back of house areas.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures that brand standards and SOP\'s are consistently implemented.

\xc2\xb7 Works with fellow staffs and manager to ensure that the restaurant achieves its full potential.

\xc2\xb7 Completes the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift.

\xc2\xb7 Completes closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

\xc2\xb7 Take an active role in and developing junior staff.

\xc2\xb7 Performs any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.

\xc2\xb7 Assists Assistant Manager/Manager in conducting daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to colleagues.

\xc2\xb7 Helps minimize waste, breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Makes sure that Afternoon Tea service is always up to standard and that guests receives an excellent service.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures that Delicacy, lounge and terrace are well set every day and maintains the cleanliness of each areas and side stations.

\xc2\xb7 Delicacy items must be always up to the standard, fresh and in good quality.

• Delicacy must be set correctly and all items must be organized or arranged according to the standard set up of the counter.

\xc2\xb7 Makes sure that all equipment\'s are working and in good condition.

\xc2\xb7 Checks all colleagues uniforms and grooming before their shift starts.

What we need from you

\xc2\xb7 Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service

\xc2\xb7 Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

\xc2\xb7 Excellent leader and trainer with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Ability to motivate employees to work as a team effectively and productively

\xc2\xb7 Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff

\xc2\xb7 Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks

\xc2\xb7 Should have pleasing personality.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent guest service skill.
