Management Level Senior Associate
& Summary The FP&A Senior Associate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI and Report Manager. They will provide technical support for TM1, BOARD, and Report Manager systems, liaise with relevant teams, and ensure system readiness for budgeting and forecasting. The specialist will oversee timely and accurate reporting, reconcile report numbers, and manage reporting communication. They will also document policies and procedures, collaborate on system upgrades, and facilitate training. A strong background in business intelligence, technical skills in relevant systems, and excellent communication and organizational abilities are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence
Model, maintain, and provide support for Power BI and Report Manager platforms.
Ensure data availability for business analysis in the absence of existing reports.
Support reporting through mobile apps.
Consolidate budgets and forecasts from BOARD to represent in Power BI.
System Support
Provide technical support for TM1, BOARD, and Report Manager systems.
Liaise with the EDT on report manager platform support and data warehouse requirements.
Collaborate with the Emtech team on UiPath automation when necessary.
Upgrade reporting systems.
Reorganize current reporting tools with proper security matrix, access rights, and workspace management (TM1, RM & PBI).
Align with global data modeling and technical team, engage in planning and budgeting tools enhancements, and follow best practices.
Document policies and procedures.
Monthly Reporting
Manage period-end activities for timely and accurate reporting.
Oversee global reporting, including UK reporting.
Communicate and maintain a reporting calendar.
Reconcile report numbers between systems.
Maintain Reporting Matrix, firm structure (changes approved by DoF/Business Leaders), and COA (changes approved by DoF/FC).
Manage reporting communication and FP&A updates through appropriate channels.
Document policies and procedures.
Budget and Forecast
Ensure system readiness and updates, including historical data upload and master updates.
Facilitate system testing and training.
