About the Role:
We are looking for an FP&A manager to join our team.
As an ideal candidate, you should have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Your ability to use data analysis tools and extract meaningful insights will be crucial. You'll need to exhibit strong collaboration skills, working closely with finance and operational teams to align budgets with actuals and develop cost-saving solutions.
What you'll be doing

• Lead financial planning and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop strategic financial models for short and long-term plans.
• Provide detailed P&L analysis using predefined KPIs.
• Monitor budget vs. actuals and report on divisional performance monthly.
• Support decision-making with well-structured business cases.
• Use data analysis tools for meaningful insights into business performance.
• Review processes for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with GMs to resolve budget deviations.
• Prepare accurate P&L projections and contribute to budgeting.
• Develop materials for presentations, both internal and external.

About you

• 5 years of related relevant works experience in FP&A
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CMA / CFA /CPA is a strong plus.
• Previous experience with PIMs accounting software or ERP is a plus.
• Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Financial modeling and MS Office especially in Excel.
• Exceptional critical thinking and attention to detail and ability to quickly identify inaccuracies quickly.
