Requirements Financial Models & Budgeting
Build financial models and budgets against the required revenue and margin targets.
Build cost centres, providing clarity on budgets of OPEX and/or CAPEX to all functions across CAFU and their operating markets.
Implementing and optimizing revenue-generating models and supporting senior leadership with innovating on new economic models.
Assisting senior management on strategic investment decisions by reviewing investment cases based on ROI.
Assessing and evaluating the financial performance of the organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
Managing investor reporting materials and management of strategic treasury activities, inclusive of cash flow forecasts, bank partnerships, and debt management.
Managing cash flow planning process and ensuring funds availability.
Finance Operating Model
Develop a robust fit-for-purpose finance operating model ensuring excellence and continuous improvement.
Allocating resources and managing finances in order to recommend cost-efficient strategies.
Reviewing all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, and overhead cost allocation, and overseeing overall processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
Overseeing forecasting for the business and ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting, inclusive of balance sheet controls and financial information interpretation and control.
Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Build the finance team in line with the business growth and as required.
