Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor / Foreman to oversee construction and maintenance activities across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing teams, ensuring work quality, safety, and timely completion of all tasks.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for both construction and maintenance works. Manage and monitor the performance of technicians, skilled workers, and subcontractors. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress. Manage materials, tools, and equipment for ongoing works. Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress and issues. Coordinate with engineers and management for project planning and task allocation. Support in handling client requests and ensure work completion within deadlines.

Requirements

:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in construction and/or maintenance. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of civil, MEP, and finishing works. UAE driving license preferred.
