Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise carpenters and technicians in the workshop and/or site.
Distribute tasks and ensure daily progress according to drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
Coordinate with the design and project teams.
Ensure high-quality finishing and on-time delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in joinery/carpentry in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of materials (MDF, HPL, Solid Wood, etc.).
Ability to lead a team and control production timelines.
UAE Driving License
is an advantage.
Good communication skills in
English / Hindi / Arabic (optional)
