Prime Z Facility Management W.L.L seeking an experienced
Foreman
to oversee and coordinate multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage teams of plumbers, electricians, painters, and carpenters.
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for daily tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Inspect work progress and quality, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project timelines.
Requirements
3 Years of experience as a Foreman in construction or related fields.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, painting techniques, and carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
