Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Construction Foreman
specializing inmasonry, plaster, tile, and general finishing work
to lead on-site teams for our projects inDubai
. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, committed to safety, quality, and project timelines. A validUAE driving license
is required.Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Execution:
Directly manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of a team of masons, plasterers, tilers, and general laborers. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently, to the required specifications, and on schedule. Monitor workmanship quality to ensure all finishes (masonry, plaster, tile installation, painting, etc.) meet the highest standards and project specifications.Site Management:
Interpret and implementconstruction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
. Coordinate with the Site Supervisor/Project Manager and other trades to ensure a smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly. Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available at the worksite.Quality & Safety:
Enforcestrict adherence to safety regulations and company policies
on site. Conduct daily tool-box talks and site safety inspections. Inspect and approve the quality of installed masonry, plaster, and tile work.Reporting:
Maintain daily work logs, record project progress, and report any delays or issues to the Site Supervisor.Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience
as a Foreman or Senior Tradesman leading teams inmasonry, plaster, tile, and general building finishing
work. In-depth knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in various finishing trades. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must possess a validUAE Driving License
. Residency/work experience in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
