to oversee construction site operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in supervising teams, managing day-to-day site activities, and ensuring that all work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and UAE safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
Ensure all site operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site efficiently.
Maintain daily work records, progress reports, and site documentation.
Provide guidance and training to site workers to improve productivity.
Resolve site issues promptly and report major concerns to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of Foreman experience in the UAE
(construction industry preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Education:
High School Diploma or Technical Certification in construction or related field.
