Job Overview
Hiring construction team and seeking Form Workers to support concrete structure projects. This role involves building and installing formwork for columns, slabs, ceilings, and other concrete elements, while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities

• Construct and install concrete formwork according to technical plans
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering blueprints
• Prepare formwork using appropriate materials and premade systems
• Collaborate with surveyors to ensure accurate ceiling leveling
• Support column and slab installation processes
• Maintain safety standards across platforms, ladders, and scaffolding
• Apply consistent quality control throughout construction tasks

• Basic proficiency in English
• Prior construction experience (formwork specialization preferred)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good spatial perception and physical fitness
• Skilled in tool handling and form-setting techniques
• Reliable, consistent, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Aesthetic awareness and pride in craftsmanship

• Salary: EUR833.14/month
