Job Description

We are looiking for a Forklift Operator who is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize products within warehouses, factories, or industrial sites. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate inventory handling, and strict compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack, or other types) to move materials and products safely. Load and unload goods from trucks, shelves, and production areas. Transport materials to designated storage locations within the facility. Inspect forklifts daily for mechanical or safety issues; report any defects immediately. Follow work orders, pick lists, and inventory management instructions. Maintain accurate documentation of moved materials, deliveries, and inventory updates. Assist with warehouse organization, including stacking, labeling, and housekeeping tasks. Follow safety protocols, company procedures, and regulatory standards for equipment operation. Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and production teams to ensure smooth operations. Use scanners, handheld devices, or basic computer systems for inventory tracking (if required).

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid forklift operator license/certification. Proven experience operating forklifts in warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments. Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment operation standards. Ability to read work orders, labels, and inventory documents. Good physical strength and stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25-50 kg as needed. Ability to stand, walk, or operate machinery for extended periods. Work in varying temperatures (cold storage, outdoor areas, or warm warehouse settings depending on facility).

Work Environment:

Warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, construction sites, or logistics facilities. May require overtime, shift work, or weekend availability depending on operations.

Pay: Up to QAR2,300.00 per month
