MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Informs superior when raw materials arrive for delivery and with essential details needed in making Material Receiving Reports. \xc2\xb7 Checks with the following materials with superior as to the quantity, size, and quality etc. with the use of on-hand LPO before unloading. Keeping in mind to unload the material safely and to maintain its good condition. \xc2\xb7 Study the requisitions from planning or production in issuing materials for consumption as directed by the immediate superior. \xc2\xb7 Checks and confirm the requested material such as board, paper, and auxiliary items if it matches with the requisition before issuing of materials and to get the signature of the supervisor or requester as a token of acceptance. \xc2\xb7 Stores all materials in the proper place and arranges them in a way that it will not hinder in walkways or may compromise safety. \xc2\xb7 Monitors the shelf life of each material and ensures that all materials are in good condition. Follows the First-in First-out principle during issuance of materials. \xc2\xb7 Takes proper care to materials while handling to avoid damage and to report any found damage to the immediate superior. \xc2\xb7 Assist superiors in updating bin card register. \xc2\xb7 Takes full responsibility in handling materials in proper way to avoid any untoward damages, if so, inform immediate superior for any found problems. \xc2\xb7 Informs immediate superior if stock is below the required material quantity. \xc2\xb7 Keeping the store area neat and clean by arranging the materials in the proper way. \xc2\xb7 See to it that forklift is always in good condition and seek the help of maintenance staff to check any possible problem of the forklift. \xc2\xb7 Ensures proper safety measures for all equipment and other staff. Maintaining Hygiene and Safety in line with foregoing internal policy of the company and ensuring proper housekeeping in all shifts. TIMELY JOB FUNCTIONS & ERRANDS \xc2\xb7 Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors other than the required work responsibilities. \xc2\xb7 Takes full responsibility on company guidelines relative to proper wearing of uniform, ID cards, shoes, proper grooming (long hair not allowed) and all other related internal policies of the company. \xc2\xb7 Ensures to cooperate in the event that overtime duty is required. Shall work on Fridays / Holidays if required. \xc2\xb7 Ensures that proper notification shall be given to immediate supervisors before the absent date. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE \xc2\xb7 Trade certificate holder or graduated from a vocational course (if available). \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years relevant experience or exposure as forklift driver. \xc2\xb7 Attended orientation programs and ISO related trainings.
