Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles. Move materials to and from storage areas and production lines. Perform routine inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize accidents. Assist with inventory management and tracking as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift operator certification/license. Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting. Strong attention to detail and safety practices. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to [insert weight]) and work in a physically demanding environment. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. * Basic math skills for inventory management.
