Job Description

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize interior materials, furniture, and equipment within the warehouse or project site. The role involves supporting material handling activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to the required areas.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials such as furniture, gypsum boards, flooring, joinery items, paints, and other interior project materials. Transport materials between warehouse storage areas, project sites, and production zones. Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and inventory management of stored materials. Support the site and warehouse team in material arrangement for easy accessibility and space optimization. Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs or damages. Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company operational procedures. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. Assist in manual handling tasks when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift operator license/certification. Minimum

2-4 years

of experience as a forklift operator (preferably in an interior fit-out, construction, or manufacturing environment). Strong understanding of warehouse and material handling processes. Ability to read and follow loading and stacking instructions. Basic knowledge of safety standards and operational checks. Physically fit to handle manual tasks as required. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
