Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Forex Trainer / Technical Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Forex trading and providing in-depth technical analysis to support our clients and internal teams. This role combines strong analytical skills with the ability to educate, mentor, and inspire traders of all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Mentorship

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Forex trading, technical analysis, and trading strategies. Develop training materials, manuals, and resources for beginner, intermediate, and advanced traders. Mentor and guide clients/employees to improve their trading performance through practical application of technical tools.

Technical Analysis

Perform detailed chart analysis using technical indicators, price action, and market patterns. Provide daily/weekly market outlooks, trading signals, and research reports. Identify market trends, entry/exit opportunities, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with the research team to deliver actionable insights and trading recommendations.

Client Engagement & Support

Assist clients in understanding trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader). Respond to client queries related to Forex strategies and analysis. Host live trading sessions and Q&A forums.

Content Development

Create market commentary, articles, and video content to enhance brand awareness and client engagement. Contribute to the company's knowledge base, newsletters, and social media platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (professional certifications in trading preferred: CMT, CFTe, CFA Level 1+). Proven experience (3+ years) as a Forex Trainer, Technical Analyst, or Professional Trader. Strong expertise in technical analysis tools (candlestick patterns, Fibonacci, Elliott Wave, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, etc.). Familiarity with trading software and platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, TradingView, cTrader). Solid understanding of risk management, trading psychology, and money management. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.

Preferred Skills

Experience in algorithmic/automated trading systems. Knowledge of fundamental analysis (macroeconomic indicators, central bank policy). Prior experience in brokerage or financial training institutions.
