Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients in South Asia to promote our
Forex and CFD products.
Clearly explain trading platforms, account types, and promotional offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Manage leads, client records, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Stay updated with
Forex market movements, company offerings, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in
Forex / CFD / Financial Services telesales.
Excellent communication skills in
Urdu and English
(other languages are a plus).
Solid understanding of
Forex trading platforms
and market basics.
Ability to explain financial products professionally and confidently.
Target-oriented, energetic, and persuasive personality.
Strong
negotiation, closing, and client-handling skills.
