Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced

Chinese-speaking Sales Agents

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have telesales experience within the

Forex, Commodities, and CFD

sectors, targeting clients across the US and global markets.

If you have a strong ability to close deals, exceed KPIs, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Manage and convert leads effectively into active clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance performance and client acquisition. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards during calls.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of telesales experience

, preferably in Forex, CFD, or Commodities trading. Strong understanding of trading platforms such as

MT4/MT5

. Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and maintain strong conversion rates. Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

Fluent in English AND Chinese (Chinese speaker required).

Additional languages are an advantage.
