Job Summary

We are hiring a

Trading Platform Admin Handler

to manage and support our trading infrastructure--primarily focused on

MetaTrader 5 (MT5)

and related systems. The ideal candidate could be either:

An

experienced candidate (2+ years)

with

hands-on exposure to Forex trading platforms

, brokerage systems, and trading infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration

Configure and maintain MT5/MT4 trading servers, groups, symbols, spreads, swaps, commissions, and leverages. Manage APIs, plugins, and platform integrations with CRM, liquidity providers, and payment systems. Ensure secure access and user management for internal and external users.

Operational Oversight

Monitor server performance, uptime, latency, and logs for anomalies. Manage and support client account operations--creation, deposit/withdrawal adjustments, and technical support. Assist the risk management team in monitoring exposure, margin requirements, and order flow.

Technical Support & Maintenance

Conduct regular backups, server updates, and implement disaster recovery procedures. Troubleshoot platform-related issues and coordinate with vendors or hosting partners. Enforce IT and data security best practices aligned with compliance requirements.

Reporting & Compliance

Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly trading and operational reports. Maintain accurate client and trade logs for audit and compliance. Assist finance and compliance teams with report preparation and reconciliations.

Experience

2+ years of

hands-on experience in Forex / MT5 / brokerage operations

. Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms, CRM integrations, plugins, and liquidity bridge systems (e.g., Centroid, OneZero). Experience handling client accounts, risk monitoring, and reporting within a trading environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
