Joinery & Civil Foreman

We are looking for an experienced

Joinery and Civil Foreman

to supervise, coordinate, and manage all site activities related to joinery and civil works. The ideal candidate will ensure that all tasks are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Joinery Works:

Supervise and guide carpenters, painters, and fabricators in joinery production and site installation. Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and joinery details. Monitor fabrication and finishing works (doors, cabinets, wall cladding, furniture, etc.). Ensure quality control and finishing standards are maintained throughout production and installation. Coordinate with design and production teams for material requirements and work schedules.

Civil Works:

Supervise civil site works such as blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, and structural finishing. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Coordinate with subcontractors and other departments to ensure timely completion. Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum total 5 years of UAE experience as a Joinery and Civil Foreman. Strong knowledge of joinery production, installation, and civil finishing works. Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Good time management and problem-solving abilities. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
