Job Title: Foreman
Reports to: Site Manager/Construction Manager
Job Summary:
The Foreman is responsible for supervising and directing construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules.
2. Labor Management: Supervise and direct construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
3. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring work meets project specifications.
4. Safety: Ensure site safety protocols are followed, and report any incidents or hazards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
