Job Description
1. Supervision & Coordination
Lead, direct, and supervise construction crews and subcontractors on site. Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to workers based on project priorities. Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and project managers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials usage.
2. Quality & Productivity
Ensure all work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Inspect completed work to verify compliance with plans and safety codes. Identify and resolve problems or conflicts that may arise during construction. Promote productivity and motivate the workforce to achieve project targets.
3. Safety & Compliance
Enforce compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings. Report and document accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
4. Planning & Reporting
Assist in preparing daily progress reports, labor reports, and material usage logs. Communicate progress updates, delays, or resource needs to the project engineer or manager. Help in forecasting material and manpower requirements.
5. Equipment & Material Management
Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment. Verify deliveries and maintain accurate records of materials used. Prevent wastage and promote cost-effective construction practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
