The following are job responsibilities as assigned to you but not limited to, as additional duties may be assigned to you from time to time.
- to manage the event production and operation
- lead a group of suppliers to deliver the event at highest standards on time and on budget
- manage medium to large size events
- produce plans, suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 briefs and budgets
- lead and direct the team at site
- minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in full-service event delivery in a managing level.
- experience in costing planning and supplier management of different areas
- good at managing logistics, operations and fabrication. Ensuring smooth work flow on the shop floor by allocating responsibilities to the Production Team.
- Conducting site surveys of new projects.
- Ensuring co-ordination with Site Engineers.
- Ensuring correct Risk Assessment.
- Ensuring timely placement of orders for material required for production by submitting requisitions to Purchase/ Accounts Department.
- Ensuring all safety and health measures are in order and strictly observed by all workers on the shop floor as well as at various sites.
- Coordinating with Storekeeper to ensure availability of all tools and for the up-keep of all equipment, tools and machinery.
- Minimizing raw material wastage and possible recycle manufacturing waste for alternative usage.
- Ensure performance of production team is up to mark and work is carried out by them on time, maintaining strict quality control.
- Any other responsibility delegated by the Managing Director/CEO from time to time.
- Do you have knowledge of installing Trussing and Lighting System for events?
- Do you have experience in event/wedding stage manufacturing and installation? List materials needed for this job
- Event Production: 4 years (Preferred)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
