We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise daily joinery and fit-out production activities. The Foreman will coordinate with workers, ensure quality, manage tasks, and support the Factory Manager in delivering projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day work of carpenters, painters, helpers, and other factory staff.
Assign tasks based on project requirements and monitor progress throughout the day.
Ensure production follows technical drawings, measurements, and specifications.
Conduct quality checks at each stage of production.
Coordinate with the Factory Manager for planning and scheduling.
Ensure proper use of tools, machines, and materials in the workshop.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Report any issues, delays, or manpower requirements.
Support installation teams when needed.
Guide workers on correct fabrication and finishing methods.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as Foreman in joinery, interior fit-out, or furniture production.
Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, assembly, cutting, and finishing.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
