Job Description
POSITION:
FOREMAN/ SITE SUPERVISOR - CIVIL
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in placing reinforcing steel with strong coordination between suppliers & Main contractor Reading of all type of steel reinforcement drawings and measures forms to ensure that steel rods or wire mesh are positioned according to the drawing & specifications. Coordinate and track reinforcement for various works packages as per client schedule Supervise Steel Fixers and delegate work schedule/targets for production (including on tools/hands on as required) Liaise with client representatives/Project Engineers regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries Conduct regular inspections to ensure that works are carried out according to client schedule & specifications Develop and review documentation necessary to facilitate work carried out Compose weekly forecast & weekly progress reports Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
