Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Auction Foreman

with a strong background in auction operations. The ideal candidate will have at least

2 years

of hands-on experience in a supervisory role within the UAE auction sector. You will be responsible for overseeing daily auction activities, managing staff, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all auction activities, including setup, execution, and post-auction processes. Oversee the handling, organization, and display of auction items to meet company standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and UAE regulations. Maintain auction equipment and facilities, scheduling repairs or upgrades as needed. Liaise with clients, bidders, and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Monitor auction timelines to ensure events run smoothly and according to schedule. Train, mentor, and evaluate auction staff to maintain high performance and professionalism. Prepare and submit reports on auction results, attendance, and operational issues. Enforce strict safety protocols to protect staff, clients, and auction items.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Team Leader in an auction setting in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of auction processes, logistics, and best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using auction software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with UAE auction regulations and safety standards. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or management are preferred.
