Roof Secure Insulation Contracting is seeking an experienced and responsible

Foreman

to oversee daily site operations, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed on time with the highest quality standards. The candidate must be proactive, organized, and able to lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities for insulation and waterproofing projects. Manage and guide site workers to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly used and maintained. Monitor project progress, report daily updates, and resolve on-site issues. Maintain quality standards and ensure work is carried out as per specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Foreman in construction/insulation/waterproofing. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and understand project drawings and specifications. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Valid UAE Driving License .

Ability to join immediately.
