to join our construction team, overseeing all on-site activities for
villa projects
. The ideal candidate must have at least
2 years of hands-on experience in the UAE
, with a solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage workers and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations for villa construction and maintenance projects.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor work progress to ensure quality and timely completion.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and UAE regulations.
Monitor the use of materials and equipment, preventing misuse or wastage.
Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
Resolve minor issues and escalate major concerns to the site engineer or project manager.
Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and materials received/used.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets required standards.
Guide and train workers as needed to improve productivity and workmanship.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
in a
Foreman
role within villa construction or maintenance projects.
Good knowledge of general construction practices including electrical, plumbing, masonry, and finishing works.
Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Physically fit and capable of working on-site in varying conditions.
Basic spoken English or Arabic is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
Experience:
