As a Site/ factory Supervisor - Porta Cabin play a crucial role in overseeing the installation and maintenance of porta cabins at various project sites. Your extensive experience in civil engineering and project management will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of installers, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in porta cabin industry or related construction projects, with a minimum of 4 years of experience and up to 12 years. Hindi speaking is added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and team management skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices. \xc2\xb7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and commitment to quality. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in project management software and tools.
