Inotec Facility Management is seeking a skilled and experienced
Renovation Foreman
to lead and supervise our renovation projects across commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and a strong understanding of renovation works including civil, electrical, and interior finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily renovation site activities and labor teams
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure work is completed on time and meets company quality standards
Interpret technical drawings and plans and guide workers accordingly
Manage materials, tools, and site logistics
Monitor safety procedures and enforce compliance with health and safety standards
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project engineer or management
Requirements:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in renovation or construction
Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, and civil works
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
Good communication and team leadership skills
Familiar with site safety regulations and risk management
UAE experience preferred
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
