FIVE ATELIERS is the premier interior design company in Dubai and we have successfully completed several projects for many prestigious clients in multiple sectors across the UAE. We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products and solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of production staff.
Assign duties and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and materials.
Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.
Report daily production status to management.
Train and guide workers on proper work methods.
Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Support management in achieving production targets and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
Physically fit and able to work on the production floor.
