The
Foreman
will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing manpower, and ensuring that interior works are completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce
Allocate tasks to carpenters, painters, electricians, and helpers
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules
Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure company standards are met
Ensure proper use and safety of tools, materials, and equipment
Maintain site discipline and attendance of workers
Report daily progress and issues to the management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations
Assist in material planning and reduce wastage
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out works
Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and interior finishing works
Ability to read and understand drawings and site instructions
Good leadership and team management skills
Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
Experience in UAE interior projects preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
