Job Summary:

The Civil & Architectural (CA) Foreman oversees and coordinates the execution of civil finishing and architectural works on site. This includes masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, painting, ceiling, partition, and other interior/exterior finishes. The role ensures high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of civil and finishing workers (masons, painters, tilers, etc.).

Execute architectural finishes according to approved shop drawings and material specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and safety personnel.

Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

Manage material deliveries, usage, and storage on site.

Ensure finishing activities are completed on time without compromising quality.

Prepare daily progress reports and manpower allocations.

Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to work permits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 5-7 years of UAE/GCC experience in architectural and civil finishes.

Knowledge of finishing standards, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and gypsum works.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential projects.

Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and snagging.

Valid UAE work permit or transferable visa.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, on-site role with extended hours possible.

Indoor and outdoor work; use of PPE is mandatory.

May involve coordination with multiple trades and subcontractors.

Pay: From AED20.00 per month

Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
