Job Description
Devan Building Contracting L.L.C. is hiring an experienced
Plumbing Foreman
to lead and manage plumbing works at our various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have over10 years of experience
and strong knowledge in supervising, planning, and executing plumbing projects. Preference will be given to candidates withUAE experience

Salary Range:
AED 2500 - AED 3000 +Overtime

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbers and helpers on site Read and interpret construction drawings, plumbing layouts, and specifications Plan and allocate resources to ensure timely project completion Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements Maintain tools and materials, ensuring proper usage and minimizing waste Communicate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and site management Train junior staff and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of plumbing experience
, including supervisory roles PriorUAE experience
is a strong advantage In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently Physically fit and capable of working in construction site conditionsHow to Apply:
