Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
in plant operations within theconstruction or EPC industry
. Prior experience ininfrastructure projects
involvingsubstations
andwater/sewerage pipelines
is preferred. Strong understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and safety protocols. Good communication and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operation and maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery. Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Track equipment usage, fuel consumption, and movement across project sites. Supervise plant operators, mechanics, and helpers. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and conduct regular safety checks. Coordinate with project teams for equipment mobilization and support. Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance records. Train staff on safe operation of plant equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
