Job Summary
Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Foreman - Piling to join our Piling & Shoring Division for an ongoing project in RAK (Ras Al Khaimah). Reporting directly to the Construction Supervisor or Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee daily piling and foundation operations, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage piling crews in daily site operations
Organize and monitor daily work schedules and shoring activities
Enforce strict adherence to site safety standards and procedures
Coordinate material and equipment requirements to maintain workflow
Provide regular progress updates to project leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in piling works
Strong technical knowledge of foundation and shoring processes
Proven leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
