Copri Construction Enterprises Establishment is currently hiring experienced Foremen in the following specialties to join our projects in Abu Dhabi:

Earthworks Foreman Electrical Foreman Asphalt Foreman Water & Infrastructure Foreman
We are looking for highly skilled and committed professionals who have extensive experience working in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities (General):

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for assigned specialty Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards Manage and guide site workers and subcontractors Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability Report daily progress to site engineers or project managers Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Troubleshoot site issues and provide on-ground solutions Maintain accurate site records and logs

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE Must have experience working with contracting companies, preferably in infrastructure and civil works Proven expertise in one of the listed specialties Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution Ability to lead teams and manage on-site operations efficiently Knowledge of safety procedures and construction standards Strong communication and leadership skills Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred
