Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Maintenance department as a Foreman | Jr Engineer. In this pivotal role, your primary responsibility will encompass the meticulous supervision and seamless coordination of exteriors and interiors fit-out works and maintenance activities, with the ultimate goal of guaranteeing the uninterrupted operation of our holiday homes\' Fit Out (interiors \xe2\x80\x93exteriors) and Contracting projects, particularly focusing on the finished luxury villas located in Al Aqah, Fujairah.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of fit-out and maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support.
• Plan and prioritize fit-out & maintenance tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations.

• Perform routine inspections of the villas to identify maintenance needs.

• Constant checking for any damages, malfunctions, or safety hazards.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for fit-out, repairs and maintenance services.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Responsible to conducting safety training, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the management.

• Documenting completed tasks, recording equipment maintenance, and providing regular updates.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Front Office, to address maintenance-related concerns and provide support as needed.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a high school diploma or higher. Additional certifications or technical training in maintenance-related fields are a plus.
• UAE driving license is a must.

• Not less than 5 years of proven experience in Fit out/ Contracting industry.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if required.

• Candidate should be willing to relocate to Fujairah - Al Aqah.
