Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site workers provided under the manpower supply contract.
Coordinate daily site activities and allocate manpower as per project requirements.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines.
Communicate daily progress, issues, and manpower status to the client or project manager.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity among the workforce.
Ensure workers follow all company and client safety policies and procedures.
Provide basic training or guidance to newly deployed workers when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a
Foreman
, preferably in a manpower supply or construction setup.
Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
Ability to manage multi-national teams effectively.
