Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the Flexo, Creasing, and Die Cutting machines.
Assign daily tasks to operators and helpers according to the production plan.
Ensure machines run efficiently and production schedules are met.
Monitor product quality during and after production.
Quickly address minor machine or process issues.
Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
Record daily production data and report to the Production Manager.
Train and guide new machine operators when required.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in a corrugated carton or packaging factory.
Strong knowledge of Flexo printing, Creasing, and Die Cutting machines.
Ability to lead a team and achieve daily production targets.
Skilled in basic machine setup and adjustments.
Physically fit and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
Able to read job orders and follow supervisor instructions accurately.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
